News: Macross Delta: Zettai Live and Macross Frontier short film coming to Bluray & DVD in September
The day has finally come!
After months of waiting, they have finally announced the release date of Macross Delta: Zettai Live and Macross Frontier: Toki no Meikyuu Bluray and DVD release info. The conclusion of Hayate and Freyja’s journey is here.
The Zettai Live movie is a continuation of the first movie – Passionate Walkure – and will be featuring a completely new story, with a rival idol group: Yami_Q_Ray. From released footages, we can see some interesting developments. The Delta Flight will get new Siegfrieds as well as a new team member. The new enemy VF will be the SV-303 Vivasvat controlled by the alter-Walkure Idol group. And we also get another veteran comeback like Isamu in Frontier, this time it will the ace of aces Maximillian Jenius in a blue YF-29 Durandal!
The Macross Frontier: Toki no Meikyuu short movie is a music video about Sheryl and Ranka 10 years after the events of Sayonara no Tsubasa. The shortfilm was aired alongside the Delta movie in theatres. We can see a more grown-up and mature Ranka in the shortfilm as well.
